Following [last week's announcement that "Eve and him were making a blockbuster,"](https://newsroom.theduality.co/music/jimmy-is-back-in-the-studio-recording-new-album) JIMMY has shared a trailer for an upcoming reality series titled The JIMMY Show where fans, haters & spectators can follow the creation process weekly, [exclusively on his platform Zulak](https://newsroom.theduality.co/news/zulak-jimmys-new-streaming-service-social-platform-has-officially-launched). In the trailer, we get clips from creators & Hip Hop journalists including NPR, Anthony Fantano of TheNeedleDrop, BlackySpeakz & more commenting on the [recent conversation surrounding Hip Hop's decline in popularity](https://www.billboard.com/music/rb-hip-hop/hip-hop-no-number-ones-2023-cycle-1235361311/). We are also flashed screenshots of YouTube, X (formerly Twitter) and Reddit comments from users around the world sounding off on the topic before the artist interjects saying "Alright. I guess I'll go save Hip Hop." As the voiceover in the trailer suggests, JIMMY has set his sights on creating a project that "changes the landscape of music in general & brings excitement back to Hip Hop." This isn't the first time JIMMY has let spectators into his process as he's already released a 4-part [docu-series titled \*GHETTOLAND](https://newsroom.theduality.co/music/jimmy-ghettoland-album) that accompanied an album of the same name back in 2022. ![IMG_1034](https://newsroom.theduality.co/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_1034.jpg?width=200&height=267&name=IMG_1034.jpg) Last week, the artist [shared a photo of himself during a recording session](https://www.beta.zulak.us/feed/jimmy-talk/discussion/9eeaa4a3-de29-4707-914e-0ad9d66b5a2a?scrollToTop=1) at Spotify's Los Angeles headquarters on [Zulak, his new streaming & social platform](https://newsroom.theduality.co/news/zulak-jimmys-new-streaming-service-social-platform-has-officially-launched). The caption for the photo reads "it's that time again— one more before '24." With the final quarter of 2023 approaching and [Hip Hop reaching an all time low in excitement & creativity](https://www.billboard.com/pro/hip-hop-music-most-popular-genre-dominance-slipping/), JIMMY appears to be laser-focused on sharing a project that cuts through the noise before the year is up. JIMMY's previous album [DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY](https://newsroom.theduality.co/music/jimmy-do-what-makes-you-happy) was released on April 14th following the release of [the trailer on his Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/reel/CqIqinlPt36/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link) and the announcement of the [release date and cover art](https://www.instagram.com/p/Cqo0M7dL43a/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link). He also shared a [new website](http://dowhatmakesyouhappy.today/) bearing the same name. Coming off the successful self-release of his previous album [\*GHETTOLAND](https://newsroom.theduality.co/music/jimmy-ghettoland-album) back in December, JIMMY hopes to complete the mission he started and establish himself as a notable artist.
